Time & Location
About the Event
An ABA article on January 13, 2021 said, “Stress in the legal profession … is well-documented. Lawyers work in an adversarial system with demanding schedules and heavy workloads, which may contribute to increased stress levels.” At the April 1st and 2nd JLR meetings, we will discuss the topic of stress in the legal field, including how widespread is it, what are the psychological and neurological ramifications, and some simple steps to overcome the damaging stress. To guide this roundtable discussion is Doctor of Psychiatry Drew Edwards and Neurologist Sean Orr. Come with your questions or your own experiences or the stories of someone you know, or come to just listen and learn from the lively discussion.
